Turns out my hair is probably quite protein; I made a protein treatment with 1 egg, some yoghurt, honey and olive oil, left it on my head under a hot towel for half an hour then shampood in out. And my hair ended up feeling dry and crunchy.
So I’m going to have to find another way to strengthen my hair. Any ideas?

I usually use a light/ normal conditioner for five mins after strong protein treatments.
